Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via PostNord. Orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM (CET) on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- EU: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions, when active, are shown on the website.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Delivery to Service Points
If your parcel is delivered to a service point or parcel locker, you have 14 days to collect it. Uncollected parcels are returned to us. The product price will be refunded, but the original shipping cost may be deducted. Re-shipping incurs a new shipping fee.
